Velvet Plate

Notes from the table

What members are finding.

Velvet Plate is a young brand. As real member stories arrive, they’ll live here. For now — here’s what we’ve built, and what we promise.

What’s actually different

The food is the point.

Most “wellness” meal plans treat dinner as something to endure. Velvet Plate treats it as something to anticipate — brown butter halibut, slow-cooked salmon, herb-roasted lamb. Real food, plated, the way you’d actually want it on a Tuesday.

Personalization, when you want it.

The Slim-Down ($19) is a static four-week system — same twenty-eight dinners for everyone. Velvet Plate Plus ($12.99/month) and Concierge ($399/6 months) build menus around your allergies, BMI, and goals. Your call which depth fits your week.

Editorial design, not worksheet design.

We treat the recipe PDF the way Bon Appétit treats a feature spread. Photography, layout, typography. You can keep this on your phone or print it for your bedside — it earns the space.

No traps. No tricks.

The Slim-Down is one-time, $19, yours forever. Plus and Concierge can be paused for sixty days a year, canceled anytime. Luxury isn’t a trap — it’s an invitation that stays open.

Where the first stories will live

“Real member story coming — first cohort completing their Slim-Down through summer 2026.”

— Future member · Q3 2026

“Plus members will share their experience here as the personalized monthly plans accumulate.”

— Future Plus member · Q3 2026

“The Concierge cohort will share their results here once their six-month systems complete.”

— Future Concierge member · Q4 2026

Are you a current customer?

If you’ve used the Slim-Down or Plus and have something honest to say — the good, the imperfect, all of it — write to us at info@velvetplate.com. The first ten member stories will be featured here, with a thank-you gift from the founder.

Velvet Plate is a wellness system, not medical advice. Individual results vary. Always consult your physician before starting any new wellness or weight management program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition.
